Additional information
Terms

ALL of our puppies are sold as PETS members (spay/neuter contract) ONLY (without Reg. Papers unless otherwise discussed PRIOR to approved homes ONLY) with no guarantee of adult size, show quality, hair / eye color, or reproductive ability. We require them to be spay/neutered when old enough. Our goal is to produce wonderful family PETS at a reasonable price. Health, structure, and temperament come FIRST with colors being secondary. Puppies are raised in our home so they are well socialized and pre-spoiled.

Unfortunately, we do not allow anyone to come into our home to visit our puppies in person. This is for the safety of my family and the puppies. We do not allow ANYONE around our pups until they have received all of their puppy vaccines, as their immune systems are still developing. I am available to do scheduled FaceTimes, send photos, and videos.

We ONLY meet at CMPD for pickup. Remaining balance is due in full at pickup, CASH ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! We prefer that the new pet owner/parent pick up their puppy on the scheduled date.

We offer a one year health guarantee against life threatening hereditary diseases/disorders. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
Animal must show defect within one year of possession. Seller must be notified of the problem in 2 business days of the licensed veterinarians determination and have 2 reports from 2 unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. No refund in part or in full will be given. Original puppy must be returned to seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer's expense. The buyer will then qualify for a replacement puppy. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. No replacement puppy given if the puppy has been euthanized.

The health guarantee does NOT cover OR include:
- Coccidian, Giardia, or Kennel Cough which is common in puppies when they are relocated and is usually caused by bacteria or a protozoan.
- Yeast and minor ear infections related to such above
- Certain disorders that are caused by environmental factors (allergies, thyroid disfunction, demodectic mange, and other auto immune disorders)
- Factors or conditions that may or may not be stress related from moving to a new home and/or shipping process. These stress related conditions that have previously remained dormant can be triggered by the above circumstances. Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this guarantee. I can not guarantee against any germs that they may come in contact with thru shipping.
- Any issues of flat face breed.
- Cherry eye, allergies, or other common Frenchie issues
PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH OF BRACHYECEPHALIC BREEDS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS ONCE THE PUPPY LEAVES.

Our family reserves the right to not sell a puppy to someone we do not approve of. We also reserve the right to get first pick of the litter should we decide to keep one. If at any time you can no longer keep your Frenchie we will take them back and keep them or help to place them in a home. We NEVER want them to end up at a rescue or shelter.

All puppies will receive all vaccines by our vet. After the second vaccine will given to the puppies at 3-4 weeks, as well as a third vaccine 3-4 weeks after the second. It's a good idea to go ahead and schedule in advance with your vet prior to puppy pickup, as well as your 48 hour wellness check to ensure your puppy's health guarantee. Do not take your new puppy to any dog parks, pet stores or any public places. The vets office is full of germs, please be advised to hold your puppy while you're there.
